Leadership in Special Education

We are an association of special school leaders for the eastern region.

FLSE is an independent body which, as a registered charity and a ‘not for profit’ organisation, provides a framework for extensive dialogue between all those providing special education services and the DfE and local authorities.

The FLSE is a voice for leaders across the country who work within the field of special education and works directly with national SEND groups and the Department for Education.

The Federation of Leaders in Special Education facilitates the National SEND Forum alongside NASEN.

The FLSE East represents leaders from across the Eastern region.
